How to enable/unable push notifications?

You must log in using your e-mail address. If the problem persists, select “reset password” and check your email, including Spam; If the problem persists contact us through support@erakulis.com.

How can I turn off the auto-renew feature for my subscription?

If you paied in a Mobile Store you can turn it off in the Play Store or App Store. If you do so, you will still have access until the end of the paid period.

If you paied in the Website, you can turn it off in the platform, integrated with Stripe platform. If you do so, you will still have access until the end of the paid period.

What payment methods do we accept?

The payment method accepted depends on the platform used. On the web, ERAKULIS® accepts payment by credit card. When using the app, ERAKULIS® accepts in-app payments on App Store and Play Store.

Where can I find my recipe invoices?

In the mobile app, you can find the receipt in the store where you bought it: App Store or Play Store. On the website, you will receive an email with your invoice.

How do I cancel my subscription or free trial?

You can cancel your subscription on the platform you have subscribed (Play Store - Andriod, App Store - iOS or Stripe - Website). If you do this, you will still have access until the end of your paid period.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

If you have subscribed on our website, you need to access Profile > Subscriptions. If ou have subscribed using the mobile app, you need to access More > Settings > Subscriptions.

You can upgrade your subscription on the platform you have subscribed.

I have a medical condition/injured /pregant/breastfeeding. Can I still join the app?

Yes. However, we recommend that you contact your doctor before joining the app. You can also join the app and schedule an appointment with an expert before any practice. ERAKULIS® is not responsible for any damage caused by the recommended practices.

Which goal should I choose if I have recently had a baby and/or am breastfeeding?

As this can vary from person to person, ERAKULIS® recommends that you consult your doctor before joining the app to help you choose the best goal for you.

Can I report a post, comment or user in the community?

Yes.

Who are the professionals?

ERAKULIS®'s professionals are professionals recruited by the company, whose profiles are always verified before they register on the platform. The professionals come from a variety of backgrounds in order to meet the different needs of our users.

What goals can ERAKULIS® help me achieve?

ERAKULIS® can create a personalized plan for you for one of the following goals: maintain weight, lose weight, gain muscle, body toning, improve health and pathologies, have a balanced healthy life. In addition, when responding to the fitness survey, you can add the following goals: improve flexibility, improve my posture, improve my stamina.

Which Activity Level should I choose?

ERAKULIS® allows you to choose from five different activity levels. Sedentary is for those who engage in minimal physical activity or exercise and whose lifestyle involves sitting a lot, such as working at a desk or watching TV for long periods. Lightly active, for those whose daily activities may include light walking and housework, and who do some physical activity but do not meet recommended exercise guidelines. Moderately Active, for those who take part in regular physical activity and exercise, and whose activities include at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity per week. Active, for those who are physically active and exercising a lot, often exceeding recommended physical activity guidelines, and who engage in regular vigorous physical activity. Highly active, for those who exercise vigorously and frequently, often for prolonged periods. This category includes athletes, fitness enthusiasts and those with physically demanding jobs.

Safeguarding your personal information is one of our top priorities. How can I ask for specific personal data changes or data delete?

We safeguard your data and comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your rights are secure and if not available in the platform, you can ask for data changes or to delete some personal data though our support channel. To do it, you just need to send an e-mail to our support@erakulis.com from the e-mail used in your ERAKULIS® account, mentioning your full name as registered in the platform and asking for the changes desired.

How does the workouts like?

The workouts vary depending on the type of training selected. In general, the workouts are made up of three main blocks (warm-up, main, cool-down), and accompany the user throughout the execution, always showing a preview of the next exercise, an example video, a voice-over with motivational and pedagogical speech, and the respective intervals between exercises. The users can run the workout player and it will be marked as completed automatically, or they can mark it as complete in order to record the practice without running the workout player.

What equipment do I need?

Depends on the exercise. Information on the material required can be found in the details of each workout. Alternatives to the material can be found on the information card of each exercise.

What's a fitness program?

A fitness program is characterized by a set of workouts, designed with a methodology suited to the purpose of each program in terms of number of workouts per week, duration and content.

What's a fitness challenge?

A fitness challenge is a set of workouts, spread over a certain period of time, with the aim of challenging the user in a particular movement or set of movements.

How can I generate a new personalized plan?

To generate a personalized plan, the user just needs to answer the fitness questionnaire, accessible from the “My Day” screen.

What's the duration of a personalized plan?

The duration of the plans varies according to objectives, limitations, experience and exercise habits. A methodological plan is drawn up with sessions timed according to each individual's particular needs and commitment.

What if I have dietary requirements?

You can indicate your dietary restrictions on the nutrition questionnaire. The platform will take these into account and only recommend recipes that are part of your diet.

I have a family - can I cook the same food for them?

Yes. However, the recipes and quantities recommended will only take into account the responses of the registered user.

What's a nutritional program?

A nutritional program is a set of recipes, distributed by days and meal slots, over a certain period of time. Each program has its own distinct characteristics, allowing the user to select the one that best suits what they are looking for. You can find more details in the description of each program.

What's a nutritional challenge?

A challenge is a set of recipes spread over days and meal slots, over a short period of time. The aim is to challenge users to try out new diets and routines in order to achieve a healthier lifestyle.

What's a mental balance program?

A mental balance program is a set of tools that can be meditations, brething exercises, audiobooks or articles, distributed over the different days of the program and according to the user's needs.

What's the daily check-in?

The daily check-in, seeks to understand the user's emotional state through two questions. Depending on the user's answer, the platform will recommend a breathing exercise to help the user manage their emotions.

How's a breathing exercice like?

It's a short exercise that will accompany user breathing for a short period of time. These practice can have different protocols in terms of breathing cadence, according to the user's needs. Each exercise is accompanied by a video and a voice-over explaining the practice.

How's a meditation like?

The meditations on the platform are guided meditations, with a voice player to guide the user through their practice.
